When I think of these two, I immediately think: selfless. Both Anna and Davis, since the day we chatted over coffee until the day I sent their final images, have proven to have the absolute kindest hearts. They are the type of couple that makes anyone feel comfortable, welcomed, and appreciated. These two truly reflect the love of the Lord in the way they care for others, and I am so blessed to have been able to capture their day!
Their wedding day felt so genuine; it made me take a step back and fully digest the meaning behind their celebration. Working in this industry means I've seen a lot of 'flashy' weddings - with overly glitzy decorations and forced smiles, stressed out brides and anxious mothers. But this day, y'all. It was real. It was tangible. It was a true celebration of love. Of two people becoming one. It felt so refreshing!
Anna and Davis' love story began in the marching band at UNC, where he quickly noticed her, and she wasn't so sure about him. Over time, they got to know eachother well and, as Anna so accurately explained over coffee, "realized they had a mutual weirdness." Years later, here we are - and I wasn't the least bit surprised when they had a grand exit of waving Carolina blue pom-poms!
Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Troxler!
